You
We’re now looking for Project Managers, from starter to Director level, with an intimate knowledge of the construction industry. Experience in managing multiple sites and teams are essential for all levels, as are excellent computer skills and fluent written and spoken English. You will also be a strong leader, organiser and planner.
For some of the more senior roles, you may have owned your own construction company or you may want to get out of a larger organistaion to enable you to have more freedom.
For the starter roles we need people with the ambition, drive and passion and knowledge of residential developments.
Finally, you will be ambitious to get personally involved in the property business and to reap the rewards of doing so.

- Ensuring the projects are completed on time, on budget and compliant with all relevant legislation and trade standards
